DESCRIPTION:NOTICE OF MEETINGS:\nSpecial General Meeting & Annual General Meeting\nTO: All Members of the Ringwood Saints Baseball Club \nNOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that two important meetings of the Ringwood Saints Baseball Club Incorporated will be held consecutively on: \nDate: Wednesday\, 4 February 2026\nTime: 7:30 PM\nPart 1: Special General Meeting (SGM)\, followed immediately by\nPart 2: Annual General Meeting (AGM).\nVenue: Ringwood Saints Clubrooms\, Proclamation Park\, Ringwood \n  \nPART 1: SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING (SGM) \nPURPOSE OF THE MEETING: The purpose of this meeting is to consider and\, if thought fit\, pass the following resolution as a SPECIAL RESOLUTION. \nSPECIAL RESOLUTION \nTo consider and\, if thought fit\, pass the following resolution:\n“That the existing Statement of Purposes and Rules of the Ringwood Saints Baseball Club Incorporated (dated April 1998) be repealed in their entirety and that the proposed Rules presented to this meeting (marked ‘Draft for Adoption: February 2026’) be adopted as the Rules of the Association.” \n  \nPART 2: ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM) \nThe AGM is your opportunity to become directly involved in important club decisions. Your presence at this meeting is essential to elect the incoming committee and to ensure you have the opportunity to have your say in how the club will run in 2026. \n  \nMembers have been sent an email with further information and necessary links. DESCRIPTION:[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=””] \nHave you seen baseball on TV and want to have a go?\nWant to improve your cricket skills over the winter season?\nPlay Baseball or T-Ball this Winter!\nIts great fun and you make great friends. \nOur Come and Try Days are open to both boys and girls (Ages 4-16)\, so come along\, bring a friend and enjoy one of the fastest growing sports in Australia. \nSaturday 14th March (9:30-11:00am) & \nWednesday 25th March (5:30-6:15pm)* Attend one or both. \n*Followed by a Free Sausage Sizzle & Soft Drink \n  \nThis winter season Ringwood Saints Baseball Club will be offering people of all ages and abilities the opportunity to play baseball in the Melbourne Winter Baseball League (MWBL) Competition.
