NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that two important meetings of the Ringwood Saints Baseball Club Incorporated will be held consecutively on:

Date: Wednesday, 4 February 2026
Time: 7:30 PM
Part 1: Special General Meeting (SGM), followed immediately by
Part 2: Annual General Meeting (AGM).
Venue: Ringwood Saints Clubrooms, Proclamation Park, Ringwood

PART 1: SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING (SGM)

PURPOSE OF THE MEETING: The purpose of this meeting is to consider and, if thought fit, pass the following resolution as a SPECIAL RESOLUTION.

SPECIAL RESOLUTION

To consider and, if thought fit, pass the following resolution:
“That the existing Statement of Purposes and Rules of the Ringwood Saints Baseball Club Incorporated (dated April 1998) be repealed in their entirety and that the proposed Rules presented to this meeting (marked ‘Draft for Adoption: February 2026’) be adopted as the Rules of the Association.”

PART 2: ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM)

The AGM is your opportunity to become directly involved in important club decisions. Your presence at this meeting is essential to elect the incoming committee and to ensure you have the opportunity to have your say in how the club will run in 2026.
