2020 Season Cancelled

We have been advised by MWBL that despite everyone’s best effort we must announce the cancellation of the 2020 season, for both Seniors and Juniors.

Baseball Victoria has confirmed that clubs may continue training if they wish, but all restrictions must be adhered to as per the guidelines set in place by Baseball Victoria.

Please be patient as we work out what this means for us. We hope to be able to provide our members (especially our juniors) the opportunity to continue their baseball development over the next few months. Once we receive confirmation/clarification on a number of items we will be able to provide you with more information.

In the meantime – tomorrow’s training sessions for both juniors and seniors has been cancelled. Tomorrow’s registration and uniform fitting for juniors has also been cancelled.

We would like to say thank you to the committee, coaching staff and volunteers for the many hours of work done up to this point – it has been a challenging time to say the least.

So although there will be no competitive baseball this winter we aren’t saying see you next year just yet.
